In the rare event that your hosting service does not meet the commitments outlined at the time of purchase, please contact us within 15 days from the activation date of your hosting service. If we are unable to meet these commitments, we may offer a refund for the hosting payment, and your services will be deactivated.
No refunds will be provided for domain registrations or renewals once they are processed, as these are non-reversible transactions.
