Terms of Use
Customers of TanmayiSoft and all new customers, upon signing up for TanmayiSoft services, agree to comply with TanmayiSoft’s Terms of Use (TOU). TanmayiSoft reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of its TOU at any time without notice. Any complaints about a customer's violation of the TOU should be sent to info@tanmayisoft.com.
1. Prohibited Content
- TanmayiSoft does not allow websites hosting content related to gambling, fraudulent activities, phishing, or anything against the law.
- Websites with pornographic or adult content, or any other illegal content, are strictly prohibited on our servers.
- Distribution of pirated software, music, or other pirated content is not allowed. If any customer or their reseller is found engaging in such activities, their site(s) will be removed without prior notice, and TanmayiSoft will not be responsible for any data loss.
2. Defamatory Content
Websites with content that defames any person, religion, community, or organization are prohibited. Such accounts will be terminated immediately.
3. Illegal Activities
If a customer uses our services for illegal activities, their account will be terminated immediately without refund.
4. Email Usage
- Bulk or spam mailing from our SMTP servers is prohibited. Any email account found sending bulk/spam emails will be terminated.
- Email services are for personal or business use only. Customers must not provide email IDs to third parties or the public (free or paid services) and are responsible for any misuse.
5. Hosting Usage
- Unlimited plans are for web hosting purposes only, and all data must relate to website content. Hosting for data storage, file sharing, or desktop applications is not allowed. Contact our sales team for customized plans.
- Inode count (number of files, including images and emails) is limited to 200,000. Exceeding this limit will lock the account for new file creation, potentially causing email bounce-backs.
6. Database Usage
Database servers are for use with our web servers only. Database hosting for external servers or desktop applications is not allowed. Contact our sales team for customized plans.
7. Script Management
- Resource-heavy or malicious scripts will be stopped, and customers will be notified via email. Scripts can resume after fixes are approved by our technical team.
- TanmayiSoft is not responsible for customer scripts or third-party scripts. Customers must verify their scripts. We can provide sample scripts but cannot debug customer scripts.
8. Server Maintenance
TanmayiSoft may upgrade servers, software, or tools, requiring brief downtime (typically 30-60 minutes). Customers will be notified 24 hours in advance.
9. Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for their files and data. TanmayiSoft is not liable for data loss and recommends maintaining backups.
10. Customer Information
- Contact details must be complete and accurate, including a valid phone number.
- Customers must verify their phone number. Failure to verify may result in service suspension.
- TanmayiSoft may request identity and address proof (e.g., Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, or Passport for international customers). Incomplete or incorrect details may lead to account suspension or termination without refund.
11. Domain Restrictions
Free domains (e.g., .tk, .cf) are not allowed as main or addon domains, including under reseller accounts.
12. Account Expiry
- Expired hosting accounts can be reactivated only after payment. Customers must take backups before expiry. Suspended accounts require renewal payment for reactivation.
- Expired accounts are deleted after 15 days, and no data will be recoverable.
13. Legal Jurisdiction
The laws of the Republic of India govern this agreement. Disputes will be resolved in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
14. Account Termination
TanmayiSoft reserves the right to terminate free trial accounts without notice and other accounts with 15 days’ prior notice via email.
15. Changes to Terms
Terms and Conditions may change without notification.
