We would rather say that plainly than keep a page of vacancies open that do not exist. When we are hiring, it will be listed here. Until then, this page explains what working here is actually like, so you know whether it is worth keeping an eye on.
What it is like
Small team, live projects, no bench
We are five people. There is no training period spent on sample projects — you work on things clients are paying for, from early on.
That is the main reason people learn quickly here. In a large company you might spend a year on one part of one product. Here you will touch a PHP application, a WordPress build, a mobile app and a marketing site in the same quarter, because that is the mix of work that comes in.
It also means the work is real from day one, with real deadlines and real clients. Some people find that the fastest way to learn. Others would rather have more structure, and that is a fair preference — it is worth knowing which you are before applying.
Office-based
Our team works from the office in South Tukoganj, Indore. Some senior developers work remotely, but new people learn faster sitting with everyone else.
Freshers welcome
We take people without experience. Somebody has to give a first chance, and we would rather judge how quickly you pick things up than how many years are on a CV.
Across the stack
PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, React, WordPress, Shopify, Flutter, SEO. You will not be limited to one, and you will find out what you are good at.
Internships
Planned, not open yet
We intend to run a proper internship programme. It is not ready, and we are not going to open one badly.
An internship where nobody has time to teach is a waste of a few months for the intern and produces nothing for us. So it is waiting until we can give it the attention it needs. When that changes, it will be announced on this page.
