What we collect
When you send an enquiry. Your name and email address, which are required, and optionally your company, country, phone number, website, budget range, timeline and project description.
Automatically, when you visit. The page you first landed on, the site that referred you, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, and your device type. We store a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention — not the address itself.
What we do not collect. We do not collect payment card details through this website, we do not buy contact lists, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors beyond what you tell us yourself.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, to manage that work. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we know where to improve the site. We rely on our legitimate interest in running the business, balanced against your privacy — which is why the data is minimal and the IP address is hashed.
To send occasional articles, only where you have ticked the box asking for them. You can withdraw that at any time and it does not affect our reply to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Sales conversations often restart months later, and we would rather have your context than ask you to repeat it.
Client records: kept for the duration of the engagement and then as long as tax and contractual record-keeping requires.
Marketing consent records: kept until you unsubscribe, plus a record of the unsubscribe itself so we do not contact you again by mistake.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We use service providers to run the business — hosting, email delivery and analytics. They process data on our instructions only.
We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Domain registration
If we register a domain on your behalf, the registrar requires certain details — name, company, address, phone number and email — and for many top-level domains these appear in the public WHOIS database. That is a registry requirement, not our choice.
Where the top-level domain supports it, you can choose privacy protection so those details are not published. For domains without that option, the details are public. We will tell you which applies before registering anything.
Where your information is held
Our website and its database are hosted on servers in India. If you are in the UK or EU, your information is therefore transferred outside your region.
Where such a transfer happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses with our providers. If you would like details of the safeguards in place, contact us and we will provide them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent where we relied on it.

Security

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information and is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted rather than made quietly.
