The platform is the easy part. No, and we would rather say so. The platform, Meta verification and message delivery come from Botsense, a Meta-verified Tech Provider we work with. What we build is the integration — connecting your website, database and CRM so the automation fires on real events. You deal with us throughout; we are not passing you to someone else and stepping away.
For a small volume, do. It is free and it works. The API is worth it once you need several people on one number, automated messages triggered by your systems, broadcasts to a list, or conversations recorded somewhere other than one phone. If the free app covers you, we will say so.
Two separate things. The platform is an annual subscription, and Meta charges per conversation on top — those go to the platform and to Meta, not to us. Our part is the integration work, quoted against what needs connecting. We will show you both figures before you commit to either.
Meta Business verification is the slow step and it is outside anyone's control — usually days, occasionally longer if your business documents need chasing. Once verified, flows and integration typically take one to two weeks depending on how many systems are involved.
Usually. Anything with an API can be wired in, and we have connected systems that only offered a database or a CSV export. Tell us what you run and we will tell you honestly what is possible and what is not worth the effort.
They should, and we build it that way. A scripted flow that pretends to be a person works until it does not, and the moment someone realises is the moment they stop trusting the business. Bot handles the routine, hands over to a person when it cannot, and says which is which.
