Website redesign
Redesigning is not just a new look. Done carelessly it costs you the search rankings and the traffic the old site spent years building.
See how we do itSEO
Most sites that do not rank have a specific, findable reason. Diagnosing it is the first job — before anyone talks about keywords or content.
The problem
Our approach
We audit before we recommend. A surprising number of sites have something specific and fixable holding them back — a canonical tag on every page pointing at the homepage, a robots file blocking the whole site, pages that load too slowly to be crawled properly, or content written to fill a template rather than answer what people search for. We have found all of those on live sites, including one where a single line had been quietly telling Google that every internal page was a duplicate of the homepage. Only once the diagnosis is done does it make sense to talk about content and keywords.
Scope
Crawl, indexing, canonicals, redirects, structured data, Core Web Vitals — the plumbing that decides whether anything else works.
What your buyers actually type, separated into what is realistic to rank for and what is not worth chasing.
Titles, headings, internal linking and content structure, page by page.
Rewriting pages so they answer the search rather than describe the service.
Google Business Profile, NAP consistency, local landing pages where they are genuinely warranted.
What changed, what moved, and what we are doing next — not a rankings screenshot.

Questions
On an established domain with a fixable technical problem, weeks. On a new site in a competitive market, four to seven months before anything meaningful moves. Anyone promising faster than that either knows something we do not, or is about to disappoint you.
No, and nobody can. Google says plainly that following its guidelines guarantees crawling and indexing, not ranking. What we can guarantee is that the technical work gets done, the content is written for real searches, and you will know exactly what we did each month. A guaranteed ranking is a warning sign, not an offer.
Ask us for the audit first, before committing to anything ongoing. If there is a structural problem we will find it and tell you what it is. If the previous work was fine and the market is simply hard, we will tell you that too — it is a cheaper answer than another year of retainer.
We can, and it works better when you feed us the specifics — what you actually do, the questions customers ask, the objections that come up. Generic content ranks for nothing, and content written without talking to you is generic by definition.
Yes. It leans on the Google Business Profile, consistent name-address-phone details everywhere you appear, and genuine local signals. It is also where a lot of businesses have easy wins sitting untouched, because nobody has claimed or completed the profile properly.
