Website design and development
We design and build websites on a custom stack. Fast, editable by your team, hosted wherever you like, and yours to take elsewhere if you ever want to.
See how we do itHosting and support
Most people do not think about hosting until the site goes down and nobody replies to the ticket. That is usually when they call us.
The problem
Our approach
Hosting is sized to what the site actually does, not to a package name. A brochure site and a busy store need different plans, and paying for the wrong one costs money or uptime. We look at the traffic, the stack and the peak load, recommend accordingly, and handle the migration so the switch is invisible to your visitors. After that, support means a named person who knows your project rather than a ticket queue.
Scope
Shared, VPS or reseller, chosen against your traffic, stack and budget rather than a package tier.
Files, database, email and DNS moved with a planned cutover, so visitors and email are not interrupted.
Regular backups, and a restore actually tested — an untested backup is a hope, not a plan.
Core, plugin and dependency updates applied and checked, rather than left until something breaks.
SSL, security checks, malware scanning and hardening on the server and the application.
Uptime and performance watched, so we usually know before you do.
Bug fixes and technical help from someone who knows your project, on a retainer or on demand.

Questions
Almost always. We copy everything to the new server, test it there while the old one is still live, then switch DNS in a planned window. Visitors see no gap. The one thing that needs care is email — changing nameservers without moving MX records first is the most common way a migration takes a company's email down, and we check that before touching anything.
No. We will maintain a site hosted anywhere, and we will tell you honestly if your current provider is fine. Moving is worth it when support is the problem, or when the plan genuinely cannot carry the traffic.
Backups, updates, security checks, monitoring, bug fixes and small changes. What it does not cover is new features — those are quoted separately, so a retainer does not quietly become an unpaid development contract.
Shared for a brochure site or a small store. VPS when traffic, a heavy application or an unusual configuration outgrows it. Reseller if you host sites for your own clients. We will size it against your real numbers rather than sell you the tier above what you need.
You do, in your name and your billing. We are added as a user. A domain or hosting account registered in an agency's name is the reason a lot of businesses cannot leave an agency they have stopped trusting.
Monitoring alerts us, usually before you notice. On a retainer that means priority response within our working hours, 11:00 to 19:00 IST. We will not claim twenty-four hour cover we cannot staff.
