What this is
A booking site for a travel and taxi operator, built on a custom PHP MVC application with a dynamic admin panel.
Approach
How we thought about it
Taxi operators lose bookings to friction. Every field on the form costs conversions, and every route or vehicle that cannot be updated without a developer becomes stale. The site was built on a custom MVC structure with PDO so the operator could change routes, vehicles and pricing themselves, while the booking flow stayed short enough to complete on a phone.
