Sanvi Tour and Travels
A taxi service that publishes its fares instead of quoting them
Overview
What this is
A booking site for an Indore taxi operator, built on a custom admin panel so the fleet, the per-kilometre rates, the popular routes and the tour packages are all edited by the client rather than by us.
Approach
How we thought about it
Most taxi websites ask you to enquire and then tell you the price on the phone. This one does the opposite: every vehicle carries its seat count and its rate per kilometre, the common routes are listed with their distance and driving time, and the tolls and parking are explained before anyone fills in a form. That is a commercial decision by the operator, and it only works if the numbers are easy to keep current — a published rate that is three months out of date is worse than no rate at all. So the whole of it sits behind an admin panel: vehicles, rates, routes and packages are theirs to change, the day fuel moves or a vehicle joins the fleet.
We have now built for several operators in this trade. This one and Indu Tour and Travels both have their own admin panel; the three grouped under "Taxi and transport operators" were simpler builds, and we keep them grouped rather than listing them separately to make the portfolio look longer than it is.

- Enquiry flow that takes pickup, drop, date and passenger count, with no payment step
- Service pages for airport, railway, corporate, event and intercity work
- WhatsApp and phone as first-class contact routes, because that is how this trade actually books
