Taxi and transport operators

Three clients in the same trade, and the same underlying problem each time: bookings were happening on the phone, so nothing was recorded and the price depended on who answered. The work was to get the enquiry into a form short enough that someone would finish it on a phone, while still capturing what dispatch actually needs — route, time, vehicle and passenger count.

These are grouped as one case study rather than three because they are the same brief solved three times. Indu Tour and Travels is listed separately: that one needed a dynamic admin panel and was built on a custom MVC structure with PDO, which is a different piece of work.
